Our fee for a lasting power of attorney is a fixed fee, confirmed on your consultation call before any work starts. The Office of the Public Guardian also charges its own registration fee of £92 for each document.

Our LPA service

Three steps. The third is a conversation with a named member of the team, and once you are happy we create a draft for you to approve.

1. Pick a time that suits you. Choose a slot in our calendar, including evenings and Saturdays. It takes a minute and there is no form to fill in first.
2. Get a few things together. We tell you what to have to hand. Usually the full names and addresses of the people you want to appoint and inherit, and a rough idea of what you own. Nothing you need an accountant for.
3. Your consultation call. You talk it through with a named member of the team. We tell you what you actually need and what it will cost, and once you are happy we create a draft for you to approve.
