Willows Primary School
Growing together, learning together. Timperley.
Willows Primary School and Will Solicitors
Willows Primary School is a community primary school on Victoria Road in Timperley, Altrincham, within Trafford. It takes children from age 3, with its own nursery and Reception classes, up to age 11, and has around 375 pupils. The school aims to help every child reach their potential in a happy, supportive learning community. Its four core values are self belief, responsibility, challenge and care, and it sums up its approach as growing together, learning together.
We have partnered with Willows because families with very young children are the ones most likely to need a will and least likely to have one. As a Willows parent, the first consultation call is free and there is nothing to sign up to. Our fees are fixed and published, from £150 + VAT for a single will or £275 + VAT for a pair of mirror wills, and you know the price before any work starts. We keep the process short and clear, starting with one conversation.
Looking after the people behind the school
Families at Willows often have very young children, some still in the nursery. That is exactly the stage when a will matters most and is most often missing.
If you have a child under 18, your will is how you choose who would raise them. Without one, the decision could fall to others, and a court may become involved. A will also lets you leave money on trust, so it is managed carefully for your child for many years. Parents of young children are often busy and tired, so we keep the process short and clear, starting with one conversation.
How we can help you and your family
Every service starts with the same free consultation call.

Questions from Willows parents
Cannot see yours? Ask it on your free consultation call.
Our child has just started in the Willows nursery. Is it too early for a will?
Not at all. The younger your children, the more a will matters, because they would need care and financial support for longest. A will lets you name a guardian and choose trustees to manage any inheritance until they are older. Many parents make their first will around the time a child starts nursery or school.
Can we name different people as guardian and trustee?
Yes, and many parents do. A guardian looks after your child day to day. A trustee manages the money you leave for them. Some families prefer to split the roles, for example a sibling as guardian and a financially minded friend as trustee. Your adviser will talk through what suits your family.
What does a will cost for two parents?
A pair of mirror wills for a couple starts from £275 + VAT, and a single will from £150 + VAT. The exact fee is confirmed on your free consultation call before any work begins. You then approve a draft before signing anything, and there is no obligation after the first call.
